Build Something Worth Building

We fabricate commercial HVAC duct and sheet metal for projects across the eastern U.S., including spiral pipe, rectangular duct, fittings, and custom work. If air moves in it, we build it.


Our shop is in Covington, Ohio. It's a real production environment. The work is hands-on, and the standards are high.


We're looking for someone who already knows the trade and wants a place to do it right.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site fabrication position. You'll be working in the shop, building products that ship to commercial job sites across the region.


Day to day, that means:

​

  • Fabricating spiral pipe, rectangular duct, fittings, curbs, and custom sheet metal.

  • Reading work orders.

  • Operating equipment accurately and safely.

  • Holding quality standards on every piece before it goes out the door.

  • Working as part of a small team where everyone's output matters.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • Experienced in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC duct, or a related trade.

  • Comfortable in a production-pace shop environment.

  • Detail-oriented. You catch problems before they leave your hands.

  • Dependable. You show up, you do the work, you follow through.

  • Coachable. You do it right, not just fast.

  • Someone who takes real pride in what they make.

You do not need to be perfect.

But you do need to care about doing things right.

  • You've never worked in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.

  • You prefer low-accountability work with no production expectations.

  • You have trouble taking direction or working as part of a team.
